Multifab Design & Engineering Capabilities

These design packages have the capability for parameter defined designs in complex configurations that make it very convenient to adapt to any modifications or design changes in future. The software also offers 3D modeling and assembly capabilities. This allows us to re-engineer a 2D drawing (from the customer or our own legacy data) into 3D and generate an accurate flat configuration of the sheet metal part which would be needed to achieve the dimensions on the formed part.
As a sheet metal fabricator, Multifab maintains a very good protocol of interacting with the customer during the process of design. This helps in the process of designing a customized product for the customer’s unique application. An E-drawing (3D CAD model- Self executable) can be sent out for review and approval before the product proceeds to manufacturing. The end user can take measurements off an E-Drawing file, rotate it, hide parts for better viewing etc. This provides an excellent opportunity for a detailed design review.
